MIJ began as a digital healthcare company specializing in tinnitus and hearing-loss care, and has since expanded its business into integrated health-management solutions based on biosignals.

We developed and manufacture the Class II medical device TC SQUARE, designed for patients suffering from tinnitus, providing not only sound adaptation but also meaningful support for real recovery and daily well-being.

Building upon our experience in tinnitus therapy, MIJ is now broadening its technological capabilities into non-contact biosignal sensors, AI-powered System-on-Chips (SoCs), and bio-semiconductor technologies. Our solutions enable real-time analysis of key biosignals—such as heart rate, respiration, and stress index—to detect abnormalities early. These technologies are being applied across various healthcare fields, including elderly care, chronic-disease monitoring, and mental-health management.

With our “Physical AI” strategy, MIJ aims to integrate continuous data generated from offline medical devices and semiconductor IP, evolving into a global healthcare platform.

Leveraging our proprietary technologies and regional innovation ecosystem, we will expand the innovations that began in tinnitus care into smart hearing-assist devices, AI edge boards, point-of-care diagnostics, and even defense applications—establishing MIJ as a globally recognized leader in healthcare–semiconductor convergence.
